This scheme was designed to accommodate 250 luxury residential units in Central London, offering a wide range of unit types with the availability of support health services. The concept is to transform a post-industrial site into a medium-density, mixed-use neighbourhood. We propose two levels of retail and public amenities open to the street as a ‘loggia’ typology, with a first level comprised of healthcare and private amenities, topped by residential towers with 1-2-3 luxury bedroom apartments.
